Here are two watercolor and gesso pieces I did last night. Spattering and a water spray bottle were used to achieve the affect here.

A few more watercolors in the same direction–gesso and graphs. I’m really starting to like how they’re coming together. It’s nice to be painting again!

I was attempting to do a series of very subtle watercolors–with lightly layered washes, and then I found myself drawing delicate graphs over top. I’m not sure if that was a smart move or not, something about this one bothers me a little up in the upper right corner. But I think I might continue [...]
